TVORCHI bring a very different sound to Eurovision when compared with Kalush. This is Gangsters’ Paradise-era Coolio with added drama, very US R&B, going low on traditional instrumentation.
Indeed, it’s more mainstream than Stefania, though that doesn’t stop it from being just a little too ploddy for me. The overall effect is polished and accessible, but I’m not sure it goes anywhere.
I don’t see this being another hosting headache for anyone.
