I will take the Swiss title song as an opportunity to correct something I said about Portuguese title song. I thought that the title of the Portuguese song is also referring to a woman’s name, but apparently, it means something else in the context of the song.
Back to the Swiss song, which does have a woman’s name as a title.
While the song’s genre is not something I usually listen to, I find myself enjoying this song a lot. It’s not your Eurovision standard song and it is a radio friendly song but, in a way, when this comes up on the radio, you actually stop doing what you have done so far and listen to the song. It doesn’t have a hook or something that grabs your attention. What it does have is a fresh approach for song writing, which manages to surprise you and keep your attention.
It’s another quality song from Switzerland, which should do well and hopefully get appreciated by the televoters as much as it will get from the juries.
