No no, I’m not likening FiK to a singing turkey — oh dear me no — but us Eurovision fans know that Albania’s Festivali i Këngës is a yearly gift that keeps on giving.
This is Festivali i Këngës 63, or FiK 63: Albania’s national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, organised by public broadcaster RTSH. The festival itself would take place from 19–22 December 2024 at the Palace of Congresses in Tirana, but today, 6 December, all thirty competing songs have been released in full.
No putting these songs into the bottom drawer and re-gifting them another year: they are all unwrapped and waiting for you in the playlist below. There’s pop, rock, ballads and modern sounds in the mix — so something for everyone, or at least something to argue about.
I don’t know if “enjoy” is the right phrase but… enjoy!
Archive note: FiK 63 was subsequently won by Shkodra Elektronike with “Zjerm”, who represented Albania at Eurovision 2025.
