Yes the mythical Wild Card entry that the Ukrainian broadcaster Suspline was seeking has finally been agreed.
Based on a public vote, song number 1, Hertsy, sung by KHAYAT (all caps, not me having a stroke) will join the already published nine songs for the Vidbir Final on February 7th, where a jury and public vote will pick the Ukrainian Eurovision song.
