HRT reports a record number of entries for Dora 2026 — with 251 songs submitted this year, confirming the huge interest in Croatia’s flagship selection for Eurovision Song Contest. From that impressive pool, an expert jury has whittled the list down to 24 finalists set to vie for the coveted Dora trophy and a chance to represent Croatia on the Eurovision stage.
The songs selected span a wide range of genres. The line-up blends seasoned artists with fresh faces — a combination aimed at delivering both familiarity and bold new voices. Fans can expect a varied, dynamic show when the competitors hit the stage.
Here are the 24 finalists vying for Dora 2026

Four acts have been named as reserves, should any of the finalists withdraw. They are:
- Gabrijel Ivić — Light Up
- Dorian Stipčić — Loved
- Gabriela Braičić (Bria) — Soho
- Vanessa Kralj — Silence Before the Rain
The selection was made by a seven-member expert jury featuring noted composers, music producers, singers and radio editors: Tihomir Preradović; Denis Mujadžić Denyken; Ivana Kindl; Mia Negovetić; Monika Lelas Halambek; Jelena Balent; and Davor Medaković.
Live broadcasts of Dora 2026 are scheduled for February from Zagreb at HRT’s studio. Viewers can follow the contest on HTV, via the HRTi streaming platform and on the HRT website. The event is expected to feature two semi-final evenings followed by a grand final.
