So, what the hell happened over Eurovision 2021’s Super Saturday weekend? That is the question the great unwashed will be asking, along with several other vexing questions. Most importantly: how did Tix win the Norwegian MGP?
Norway
The simple answer is “Tix scored more televotes” — but it is a touch more complex than that, though not much more. A real-life star scored more votes: 100,000 more than the star Eurovision fans think should have won, largely because they had heard of him.

Estonia
Estonia held its second semi-final, with six songs going through to the final. Among them was the ridiculously handsome and talented Uku Suviste, with this:
Portugal
Portugal also had a semi-final of ten songs. Five made it through, and there is news about what happens if anyone tests positive for COVID-19 before their big on-screen moment.
