I’m not dead!!
I’m just taking a mini break – like Mika between Australia and The United Kingdom.
We’re changing the set – getting RAI completely out of our system and going into “off season” mode.
I might do a “Why your song didn’t win” thing but I have a couple of projects on the go. In Co-operation with Switch Radio I am doing a National Finals radio spot where we get to play out some forgotten classics. I’ll, of course, post them on here for you, my reader (or listener) to point and laugh at.
I’m also still going to be writing those podcast reviews that a proportion of you like so much. My exhausted writing team, Alexia and I are currently writing about 1993 in a style that you love so well – so that will be ready for July and August (as it takes a bit to write them) – I’ve still got two free spots for that so any ideas are welcome, just make them short eh!
Thank you, though, for sticking with us. We might not have had the resources of the access of previous years but we kept our audience figures stable which, frankly, i’m taking as a win.
