‘Twas the night before Vienna, when all through the press centre
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse;
The beers were waiting in the EuroClub with care,
In the hope that Jody & Monty soon would be there;
The fanboys were nestled asleep in their beds;
While visions of schlager danced in their heads…
What’s that? Oh BUGGER! I was meant to be having a quiet night in preparing to fly to Vienna tomorrow and to be in bed by now but I’ve just come in from the pub and am catching up on a day’s punditry.
Ooops!
Norway’s looking good though. And I actually quite like Portugal.
