19th – Montenego. It had no neighbours and natural allies to get it up the board in an ” i know him and like that” sort of stylee… So it didnt.
18th – Germany. It wasn’t right. Germany bought into the underdog and got a dog of a song. She polished it up nicely, but looked wrong and sounded wrong and just plodded away with no where to go. Helene Fischer next year?
