Riigimetnik has made it to the press centre. It’s cavernous, and a little sterile right now. Getting here wasn’t a problem, just a short hop on the S-Bahn, confusingly also called the U-Bahn, but not to be confused with the Straßenbahn. It must mean something to your average Herr Schmidt. We’ve got the usual pigeon holes, copious amounts of hot and cold running laptops, and most interestingly of all, Braeburn apples. Yummy. Maybe this might be a healthy Eurovision-type bun fight after all.
Some of the usual suspects are here, snapping images of said centre for other websites which, as ever, are available. We can’t get into the Arena yet, but no doubt after what seems like three months at this fecking contest, we’ll be sick of the sight of it.
