Contact

Looking to contact OnEurope? You are in the right place.

OnEurope is an independent Eurovision fan site covering the Eurovision Song Contest with news, reviews, opinion, live blogs and features. If you want to contact us about something on the site, our content, possible corrections, partnership ideas or general feedback, we would love to hear from you.

The easiest way to reach us is by direct message on social media.

Please send us a contact DM on our Bluesky or Instagram pages:

  • Bluesky: @oneurope.bsky.social
  • Instagram: oneuropeesc

We check messages there more regularly than anywhere else, so that is the best way to contact the Oneurope team.

What not to contact OnEurope about

OnEurope is an independent fan site. We are not part of the EBU, the Eurovision Song Contest organisation, any national broadcaster, any delegation or any ticketing provider.

Because of that, we cannot help with:

  • Eurovision Song Contest ticket enquiries
  • Voting problems or voting questions
  • Applications to take part in Eurovision
  • Artist submissions or entry selection decisions
  • Accreditation requests
  • Complaints about broadcasters, delegations or official contest decisions
  • Travel, venue or access issues linked to official Eurovision events

For these kinds of questions, please contact the official organiser, venue, ticketing partner or your national broadcaster directly.

OnEurope cannot intervene in official Eurovision matters, and we do not make decisions on behalf of the contest.
