Passendale. Were you expecting something nice and sedate tonight. Something to ease you into another evening in a European autumn/Australian spring? Well you’re not getting that tonight. Instead of balladic, I’ve got something fast and frenetic for your viewing pleasure.
But there’s not just freneticism. There’s costume changes, revealing of words. And even singing in tune. Surprised? I definitely was, especially as I was on the second row when the conest was in sunny Rīga back in 2003. But birthday boy ליאור נרקיס/Lior Narkis still enjoyed himself. Sadly he only finished 19th out of 26.
