This song didn’t quite finish as well as the song by Åse Kleveland, but in this cut and thrust world of semi-finals, today’s birthday girl Christine Gulbrandsen managed a 13th place.
This was the last time we heard Norwegian in a Eurovision Song Contest.
Christine is 32 today.
