Here’s my take on the Eurovision 2012 results from 15th down to 11th.
15th: Ukraine. I’m stumped here. I thought this would have done better; it had televote written all through it. I guess their trumpet didn’t make them Europe’s choice?!
14th: Lithuania. A clear jury sponge. Thankfully, his dodgy dad dancing stuffed his televote.
13th: Macedonia. Thirteenth is perfectly respectable for this one. It was belted out by a seasoned singer and was a joy to watch. She could teach Jedward a thing or 10.
12th: Romania. Perfectly passable and uptempo. It should have televoted well, but I guess it wasn’t memorable enough in this year to get ’em voting. I’d be a little bit peeved if I was TVR.
11th: Moldova. If Ukraine’s trumpets didn’t work, his certainly weren’t going to!!!! Was the camp dancing a turn-off???
