It’s a little dusty in here at OnEurope towers but I thought that it might help the algorythm on Google if we get the Video Vault up and running in the interregnum between National finals and Eurovision itself and a trip to Vienna for Mr Phil.
So, where to start? Well there is so much rubbish in the contests history that National Finals are usually a great rich seam for this kind of thing. With this in mind, let’s reintrodruce you to this.
I mean it sarts off pomisingly enough, I mean, a song called I Belive sung by a San Marinese Jesus look-a-line can’t be anything *but* good yes?
Well if you ignore the lyrics this song sounds perfectly serviceable, untill you read this:

And I don’t know about you, but that screams “what?” – Ohh hang on, I’ve missed out the oither things he believes in. Aliens, Ghosts (Specifically in Castles), Animals having a soul and a heaven for dogs (specifically those which have loved children cos those loving adults is clearly not creepy enough), in the love that starts today, dies, and then is reborn… Is this Luke Chaper 9 verses 3 to 19?.
It’s a very odd mix of things, and I’m saying that about a San Marinese song for Eurovision so you know it’s batshit crazy but I defy you to find a weirder set of lyrics in the entire history of the contest.
