Well, OK, I was a bit to the point in my first review of the Slovenian song this year.
Actually, this is starting to get under my skin a bit after a few hearings. I have a feeling the broken jukebox that is my brain will be going “Da deeeeeee dee deeeeee” more than a few times in the next few months.
If Slovenia hosts a major sporting event in the next 20 years, there’s every chance that the BBC will use this for the title sequence.
There’s one bit that reminds me of something unrecognisable – the “Ne sprasuj kako bom brez tebe” line in the verse reminds me very much of something which was a hit in the early 80s in the UK. That doesn’t narrow it down much, unfortunately!
Yet again, it’s not entirely out of the shakeup. Is anything?
