Estonia – Too Epic To Be True – Is just outdated.
In 2005 they represented Switzerland with Cool Vibes, which is still one of my favourites from that year. Come 2026 and they return to the contest representing their home country, Estonia.
This is such a disappointment. The law of returning artists is in force here. Their 2026’s song is inferior to their 2025’s contribution. It is really a lazy song writing and the result is an outdated song with no inspiration whatsoever. This lack of inspiration also shows in their performance during the national final, which was simply lifeless and going through the motion kind of performance. They even had a wink/node to their white customs they had in 2005. In the bloodbath that semi 1 is shaping to be, this should stay in the semi. There are better songs there.
