Just did some jury analysis with Garrett from Eurovision Ireland. We’ve had a looksee and come up with the following – we’re just putting them out there.
106 men, 79 women (a 57%–43% split).
Twenty-eight juries have a 3–2 male split, while seven juries have a 3–2 female split. Macedonia and Montenegro, however, go 4–1 male.
Fifteen juries have no one under 30 years of age, 11 of which are from Eastern Europe (Alb, Arm, Aut, Den, FYR, Geo, Hun, Ita, Lith, Mol, Nor, Pol, Rom, Rus, Ukr).
Demographically, the composition of the juries is thus:
- Under 30 years of age – 20%
- 30–50 years of age – 62%
- 50–60 years of age – 12%
- 60+ years of age – 6%
