If it hadn’t escaped your notice, Junior Eurovision takes place in November, and I understand Mr Phil will be there. He was in Malta too last year, whilst I was shivering away at my government desk. Seriously, I gope everyone has a good time and the right song wins. Mary Spiteri, from the Mediterranean’s happiest rock, obviously knew what was coming, and sang a song about children. Well, a child anyway. A little child. So if you’re by a computer next month, keep an eye out for Mr Phil’s blogs on Junior Eurovision. You never know, you might enjoy it (even though one of the best things about it will be missing). Mary is 68 today.
